Creating Visual Impact in Photography

The impact of imagery is essential to storytelling. Legendary photographers like Ansel Adams and Annie Leibovitz create stunning work that captivates us instantly. But what is it about their images that draws us in so powerfully? Whether you're a seasoned professional or an aspiring photographer, we all strive to create compelling images that tell a story. Today, photos can be captured in many different ways and there are many factors to consider, and Peter’s presentation will delve into these key aspects.

New Exposures is a friendly critique group to provide you feedback about your images. Members at all levels are welcome to bring/send images and to contribute their views.

Members bring 1 or 2 projected and (occasionally) print images, and receive reactions and suggestions from those in attendance. Everyone is invited to take part in the discussions, which are moderated by Mark to keep them constructive.
